This agreement aims to regulate matters related to the conditions and procedures for using the homepage service (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by KOECO under the Telecommunications Business Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization.

Article 2 (Notice and Application of Terms)

1. The content of this agreement takes effect by posting it on the service screen or notifying members by other means.

2. KOECO may change this agreement at will, and the changed agreement takes effect by notifying it in the same way as paragraph 1.
